Kim Kardashian is the daughter of the late attorney Robert Kardashian (of O.J. fame) and Kris Jenner. Mom Kris Jenner divorced Robert in 1989 and is currently married to former Olympian Bruce Jenner.
Kim Kardashian comes from an extended family with two biological sisters, Kourtney and Khloe, and a brother Robert. She has three step-brothers including reality TV star Brody Jenner and one step-sister along with two half-sisters, Kendall and Kyle.
Kim attended an exclusive all-girls Catholic high school in Los Angeles and went to work at her father’s music marketing firm, Movie Tunes. Robert Kardashian was an entrepreneur and those instincts are seen in Kim. She has a successful career as a wardrobe stylist for television programs, magazine photos and infomercials. She is described as a ‘stylist’ due to her closet organizing business and counts Paris Hilton and Cindy Crawford among her clients. Kardashian and Paris Hilton, who grew up together are the best of friends. They have not seen each other much lately due to both being very busy, according to Kim. Kardashian is also boutique owner selling high-end clothing. The boutique is called Dash and is located in Calabasas, California. The store open in mid 2007 and is co-owned by Kourtney and Khloe.
Kardashian was little known outside of gossip circles until she took legal action to prevent the distribution of a pornographic home video she made with then-boyfriend Ray J. Norwood Jr., the brother of singer Brandy.
Kardashian married producer Damon Thomas in 2000, but were divorced in 2004. It is rumored she is dating/engaged to football player and 2005 Heisman Trophy Winner, Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints who is nearly five years her junior.
