Gisele Bundchen Out of Her Lingerie
Those fond of seeing Gisele Bundchen grace the pages and commercials for Victoria’s Secret, had better take a good look now; Victoria’s Secret announced last Tuesday that the company had parted ways with the 26-year-old Brazilian supermodel after what they called a “long and fruitful relationship”. Chief Creative Officer Edward Razek announced in a statement their friendly disposition towards the supermodel by saying “we wish her all the best and thank her for her extraordinary work”. Fortunately for the many fans of both the famous lingerie purveyor and the Brazilian supermodel, Razek also said that Bundchen’s beautiful anatomy will “continue to be a very visible part of the world’s sexiest brand through the remainder of the year”.
Although no comments have been officially made regarding the reasons of the split, there are many reasons to believe that Bundchen asked for too much while renegotiating her contract. Some reports say that Victoria’s Secret refused to increase the Brazilian supermodel’s annual salary of $5 million and that may have lead to this situation.
Another good source of information has been Bundchen’s fraternal twin sister, Patricia. She informed the Brazilian website Glamurama.com that her famous sister broke off contract talks with the American lingerie and beauty products corporation because they were unable to come to an agreement.
Certain media sources allege that the World’s Richest Supermodel (according to the Guinness World Records) may have gotten a little much too greedy. It seems that her demands were way too high and that the world’s most famous lingerie company decided they didn’t need to deal with that as they are about to launch five very young and beautiful models next year.
This will hardly be a blow for the successful supermodel. Gisele Bundchen has many contracts to fulfill just this year alone and her relationship with the NFL Patriot’s quarterback Tom Brady seems to be going quite well.
