Christina Aguilera, Take A Bow

Christina Aguilera, Take A Bow

Is the career of Christina Aguilera set to take another turn, as she confirms a part in US hit show CSI : New York? In a career which seems to know no bounds, Ms Aguilera is set to brush up her acting skills in a forth coming episode of the awarding winning US crime show.

While predominantly known for her singing talents, she has also branched out into the fashion world, and recently did a voice over for the hit animation movie “Shark Tale”.  Ms Aguilera endured a traumatic life in her early years, which saw the 27 year old witness domestic violence, and have to cope with the heart breaking separation of her parents.  Her part in CSI : New York is said to involve the subject of domestic abuse, as she continues her campaign to highlight the effects of such actions on all areas of family life.

The ever youthful Christina Aguilera was often cast as a weaker rival to Britney Spears in earlier days, but recent events have shown her to be far from weak.  As Ms Spears toils with yet more personal trauma, Christina is contemplating the next stage of her ever flourishing career.  Often criticized for being overtly sexual in her dance routines, and song subjects, she has managed to separate her professional life from her private life - a gift not common in the US music scene!

How refreshing it is to see one of the young starlets of yester year continue to develop her career, in a controlled and sensible manner.  Many may have dismissed Christina Aguilera as a rude, crude young lady, but she is still around and seems set to have the last laugh.

Music fans of Ms Aguilera should not fret as she has no intention of reducing her musical output in the short term, although we may see her acting career flourish if she can convert her stage routines to the silver screen!
