Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s Ugly Battle Continues

In a battle over child visitation rights, it seems that the former celebrity couple – Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen- are not taking everything amicably. This is proven further true in the case, however, of Sheen who is reportedly making shocking claims that his former wife wants to bear another baby with him.

The 41-year-old actor has been quoted in a popular TV show saying, “There was a request for a donation.” Charlie Sheen, who was Emmy nominated for The Two and a Half Men and is now fiancé to Brooke Mueller, tells the show’s host that he won’t be discussing any further about the request. However, he mentions that “there is a specific document relating to this that I am going to reserve for court.” When the host asked if Sheen would seriously take the supposed offer from Denise, he answers, “I would sooner, in exactly what I’m wearing, walk on the surface of the moon. Does that answer it?”

Denise Richards, on the other hand, denies the allegations. She said in a column of The New York Post on Monday that she doesn’t have any plans of having another child at the moment and further added, “I have my hands full.”

In view of the 36-year-old actress’s denial, Sheen replies that his former celebrity wife can make every claim she wants. However, he adds, “…what she stated in something she wrote would completely and totally defy that.” Moreover, Sheen makes a comment on the issue that Richards sent flowers to express congratulations to his engagement to Brooke. He said, “… the press knew she sent flowers before they arrived.”

Recently, Sheen has requested more visitation rights to his children with Richards, namely Lola, 2, and Sam, 3. He has filed legal documents on Friday at an LA court requesting his visitation rights be looser and that his children need not be accompanied by nannies in the said visits.

It was in March 2005 that then six months pregnant Denise Richards filed for divorce from husband Charlie Sheen. A year later, the marriage was legally ended. However, final custody arrangements and division of assets still remain an issue between the former celebrity couple.
