Cameron Diaz Dating Married Man Allegations
Actress Cameron Diaz recently found herself apologizing after offending the natives of Peru last week for a fashion faux pas. Now female celebrity Cameron Diaz is in the press for the wrong reasons again.
Joanne Sarantakos, 37, has accused Cameron Diaz of having an affair with her husband, the celebrity magician Criss Angel, 39.
A private investigator had been hired by Joanne to keep tabs on her husband after she suspected he was seeing another lady. The PI spotted Cameron and Criss meeting in the Bellagio Steakhouse, a top Las Vegas restaurant, in one of what is claimed to be four dates between the pair.
They first met in May of this year but despite constant allegations they have continually denied being a romantic couple. It is only now that Criss’ estranged wife has decided to take court action against the film star. After 15 years together, Joanne has sued for divorce claiming that her husband has cheated on her and not shared his millions of dollars of earnings with her.
Allegations of being a housewrecker are nothing new to the blonde bombshell. In 2005, The National Enquirer accused Cameron of cheating on her boyfriend Justin Timberlake when a reporter mistakenly saw a ‘goodbye hug’ with a married television producer as a ‘passionate clinch’. The Charlie’s Angels star complained about the story which was then removed from the website and was not included in the hard copy of the British version of the magazine. It was reported earlier this year that Cameron won substantial libel damages from the tabloid.
Cameron, who first found fame alongside Jim Carrey in the 1994 movie The Mask, and Justin split in January of this year after over three years together as a couple but continue to get along well.
Although she is currently busy working on a TV spin off of the hit film Shrek, where she is the voice of Princess Fiona, Cameron Diaz is set to named as Criss’ lover and issued with a subpoena when she returns to New York.
