Foxy Brown Refuses to go to Her Arraignment

Foxy Brown, the ‘diva’ of Riker’s Island, the jail she is serving time for battery has refused twice to get on the bus from Riker’s to go to her own arraignment.

She was punished right?  Wrong, they simply postponed her arraignment until October 16. No punishment for twice refusing to get on the bus. However, sources say if she again refuses, she will be handcuffed on the bus and she will be at her arraignment.

The 28-year-old rapper was arrested in August because she struck Arlene Raymond after the two got into a fight July 30 over Foxy’s blasting her car stereo near her home in Brooklyn. This is not the first time La Foxy has been in trouble. She was on probation for skipping her court-ordered anger management classes and traveling out of the city without permission. That probation stemmed from yet another fight with a manicurist in a nail salon three years ago.

Foxy Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand has been in trouble it seems her whole adult life. When she was 17, Miss. Brown spat on hotel workers in Raleigh N.C. when they told her they did not have an iron available. For that disgusting display, she received a 30-day suspended sentence and ordered to do 80 hours of community service.

Brown was arrested again in 2002 at an airport in Kingston, Jamaica for an altercation with a police woman. She refused to go to her arraignment. Consequently, Brown was told she will be arrested should she return to Kingston.

There is no word on her supposed pregnancy and this again, isn’t the first time Foxy Brown has claimed she was pregnant.
