Pamela Anderson Engaged To Hilton Ex
Pamela Anderson is to marry Paris Hilton’s former boyfriend Rick Salomon, according to reports on the internet today.
And it looks like the wedding will be within the next year as they have already been granted a wedding license in Las Vegas.
While Baywatch star Anderson is a well established household name, Salomon gained notoriety after an explicit tape featuring him and Paris Hilton was leaked on the internet. It was later officially released under the title One Night In Paris.
Anderson, 40, announced last month on the Ellen de Generes show that she was engaged, but refused to reveal who her new boyfriend was.
Anderson’s marriage to 38-year-old Salomon will be her third high-profile wedding in recent years. Earlier this year she divorced Kid Rock after less than a year of marriage.
In 1995, she married Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee after allegedly knowing him for just 96 hours. They have two sons and divorced in February 1998 after a tempestuous relationship.
In fact, Anderson is no stranger to explicit videos herself. A honeymoon tape of her and Tommy Lee was circulated on the internet in 1998 before a similar tape featuring her and Bret Michaels from Poison was leaked.
However, these tapes did little to dent her career and probably made her more popular than ever. She has since been featured in a number of movies and TV shows, including Scooby Doo, Scary Movie 3, Borat and Stacked.
Pamela Anderson has also been hitting the headlines because of her charitable work and activism. She is a vegetarian and an active member of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). She has campaigned strongly against the wearing of fur, and fast-food outlet Kentucky Fried Chicken.
