Britney Spears is close to having overnight visits with her two sons.

The ‘Toxic’ singer - who lost all visitation rights to two-year-old Sean Preston and 18-month-old Jayden James in January following a stand-off with police - has recently had limited access to the boys and is now showing signs of responsible parental behavior.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, lawyer for Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline, who currently has sole custody, told OK! magazine: “Britney’s progress over the last two months is good. But it’s premature to say that two months shows a pattern of consistency.”

Britney Spears seemed to be in a jovial mood as she went shopping for little sister Jamie Lynn’s birthday presents. The pop star stopped by the corporate offices of Ed Hardy with her mom Lynne Thursday to buy her pregnant sister gifts. Jamie Lynn turns 17 Friday, April 4.

After blaming him for her rehab stint, Britney Spears has made nice with her former manager Larry Rudolph and has decided to work with him again.

Rudolph, who was credited for discovering the 26-year-old pop star, parted ways with Spears after she blamed him last year for encouraging her to enter a rehab facility.

But apparently, everything is A-ok again with the two. Rudolph’s MySpace page confirms reports that the two are working together again, naming the “Toxic” singer under his list of “current projects.”
