Britney Spears Released From Hospital Britney Spears was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Saturday morning. She left the hospital via an underground tunnel with Dr. Phil.

Britney Spears Has Lost Visitation Rights Britney Spears has lost visitation rights until January 14 following her 72-hour lockdown for a mental evaluation. Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan was in a 40-minute court hearing today and stated: “There are no winners here.” He was not happy with the current events.
“The LAPD is not planning to file any charges against Ms. Spears at this time,” according to People.com. “The investigation is ongoing.”

Britney Spears Meltdown Update Britney Spears will be locked down for at least 72 hours for mental evaluation. Earlier we had reported that Britney was rushed to the hospital yesterday due to being under the influence of an “unknown substance” after L.A. police responded to a call for a custody dispute. Britney Spears Rushed to Hospital Britney Spears was rushed to a hospital after a call was made to the L.A. police about an alleged custody dispute over at her Studio City home. After about three hours the L.A. police determined through a court order that Britney was supposed to hand over the kids to her ex Kevin Federline. One of Kevin’s bodyguards went to pick up the kids at 7 PM but Britney refused to hand over the children.

Britney Celebrates 26th Birthday in Style Britney Spears took some time off from going to court and dealing with ex-husband Kevin Federline in their very public custody suit to celebrate her birthday with friends. Child Services Seeks Information on Spears Custody Case The ongoing Britney Spears custody hearing is far from being closed, but it was closed for one day November 26. Britney Spears and her ex husband Kevin Federline was not at the hearing. Court Commissioner Scott M.
