Britney Spears loses custody battle

Poor Britney, she just can’t win. The Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled October 30 against reinstating Britney Spears’ shared custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. The boys are in the care of their father Kevin Federline.

Britney Spears Granted Three Visits a Week

Britney Spears can see her two young sons three times a week, a US Court commissioner has said.

However, Spears’ visits to two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James will be monitored.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline spent nearly three hours in court in a closed door meeting October 26, which ended up on hold with the next court date set for October 30. Just what is going on with Britney Spears theses days?  She lost custody, but got visitation, she forgets to get a driver’s license and forgets to get drug tested, which means she didn’t get her kids back and now she lost visitation rights for a day or two.

Britney Spears Passes Drug Test

Britney Spears has taken a major step towards regaining custody of her two sons, by passing her first drug test, according to TMZ.com.

Spears lost the custody of her two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to ex-husband Kevin Federline last week when Los Angeles judge Scott Gordon has ordered that K-Fed should have custody of the children until “further notice”.
