“Dancing With the Stars’s” Cheryl Burke Opens Own Dance Studio

Two-time “Dancing With the Stars” champion Cheryl Burke has something new to celebrate. The dancer has opened her own dance studio in San Francisco, called The Cheryl Burke Dance Center.

The 23-year-old dancer told People.com, “San Francisco’s my hometown, so I felt like I needed to give back. I want this to be the new, hip place to go for ballroom dancing.”

Cheryl Burke is Dancing with Love

Dancing With the Stars winner, Cheryl Burke, has a lot to be happy about.  She has won the competition for the last two seasons (with partners Drew Lachey and Emmitt Smith).  And, she has a new love in her life—actor Mathew Lawrence ( who happens to be the brother of a Dancing With the Stars competitor, Joey Lawrence).

Cheryl and Mathew started dating in December; when she was on (the Dancing With the Stars) tour with Mathew’s brother Lawrence.  She says that life is great with Mathew and describes him as a, “great, wonderful, guy”.
