Model Heidi Klum appears on the June cover of Maire Claire, and speaks to the magazine about how her now-husband proposed to her. Klum, host of “Project Runway,” is married to Grammy-winner Seal.

She told the magazine that Seal proposed to her on top of the world, literally. Seal flew her by helicopter in December of 2004 to the Canadian Rockies where he had an igloo built there with all the necessary romantic provisions: a bed with sheets, rose petals, candles.

The former Victoria’s Secret model, who has two children, two-year-old Henry and one-year-old Johan, with Seal, as well as a three-year-old daughter Leni from a relationship with Flavio Briatore, hinted the couple didn’t wait until their second date before consummating their relationship.

For the third time in as many years Heidi Klum has received an Emmy nomination for her role in television reality drama series Project Runway.
